At least 3 to 4 weeks. We need a good quarter of an inch to an inch of growth for you to be happy with your results. If the hair is too stubbly waxing over it can cause irritation and Waxologists won’t be able to grab every hair. Also, note that skin that has been subject to years of abrasion from shaving can be more sensitized so that downtime is necessary before we wax you.

28.00Customer service is of utmost importance to us at Queen Bee. If you are not happy, we need and want to hear about it immediately. We strive to provide blissful service and treatments, so if your experience is ever less than perfect, please tell us so that we can make it right.
What is the Brazilian Bikini Wax? How is it different from the Heathrow Express and the Inbeetweenie?
There are so many definitions of what a Brazilian Wax is. At Queen Bee, we refer to it as The Full Monty Wax. ALL hair is taken off from bikini top and sides (including treasure trail). All hair is removed from the labia area through to the top of your bottom (and any bunny tails!). If you want a modified Brazilian with a strip or triangle left on top you would request our “Heathrow Express Wax” also known in the industry as a Playboy Wax. Want to leave more? Request an “Inbeetweenie” where we leave a strip or triangle on top, and taper your hair down to your perineum. We acknowledge that not everybody wants to take everything off; some women like to leave more of a natural triangle. Be very specific with your Waxologist as to what you want before you start your service.
Listen girls, the truth hurts. Of course, ripping hair out of follicles isn’t going to be an utterly comfortable experience; However, in the hands of an experienced esthetician, the process is only minorly painful. It helps if your esthetician has extensive experience with hair removal, especially with Brazilian Bikini Waxes. Make sure she holds your skin taut. She may even ask you for help. You might not want to wax four (4) days before, or four (4) days after your menstrual cycle, as you may find it is a little more painful on these days. On those days, we recommend popping an Advil or two twenty minutes before your appointment. Brazilians can also be more uncomfortable if you are overly tired or feeling under the weather. It’s still fine to get a Brazilian Bikini Wax on these days but it may be a little less comfortable for you. If you do decide to wax during your menstrual cycle, please arrive to your appointment squeaky clean with a new tampon. Whatever you have heard about the pain factor involved in Brazilian Bikini Waxing, forget about it! It’s really not that bad. And always remember: we are not here to force you to do anything you don’t want to do. If you feel like you can’t handle it, tell your esthetician to stop or at least give you a break. It is your prerogative and your body!! For more information on prepping for a wax, see »»How to Prepare for a Brazilian Wax.
I would rather you didn’t. Numbing creams can interfere with the application of the wax or, in certain situations, cause allergic reactions. For instance, somebody could be allergic to a benzocaine that contains an anti-itch formula without knowing it. They apply it before they wax, then become itchy. Thinking this is a reaction to the wax, they reapply the product, and therefore worsen the situation. Beyond this, I’m wary of using chemicals around such a sensitive area full of membranes and have heard horror stories of people not knowing a wax is too hot for their skin (our wax is kept at a steady warm temperature) because they are so numb. So, please avoid numbing creams or sprays.
For those of you who are getting a Brazilian Bikini Wax for the first time, I would say “probably.” Let’s put it this way, the coarser your hair and the more sensitive your skin, the more sensitivity you will feel during and after the wax. Some first-time clients are uncomfortable for an hour or so and others feel a little bit sore for a day or two. It is important not to wear tight jeans or pants if it is your first time waxing. Don’t throw yourself into a spinning class or do anything else that involves a lot of friction right after a wax! Ouch! The best way to minimize the discomfort is to take an ibuprofen 20 minutes before you wax, another after your wax, and then use a cool compress on the area if needed. (But remember not to place the ice directly on your skin.) You won’t need to do this every time, but it may help the first couple of times. Once you start waxing regularly, it will become a breeze and you likely won’t feel any discomfort once the wax is finished. Plus, we always use fabulous balms to treat your skin after a wax to ensure the most rapid relief possible!
For more information on prepping for a wax, see »»How to Prepare.
Yes of course. Just know the facts: a) you will be more sensitive, and b) you must wear a clean tampon. Pop an ibuprofen 20 minutes before. It may help.
If you have never waxed before and have a big event coming up, such as your wedding, a vacation with your partner, etc., I would not recommend getting your first ever wax a couple of days before you go. Plan ahead and try to get in at least two (2) waxes before you leave. This way, the first wax, which will be the more uncomfortable one, is out of the way. After your second wax, the results will be better and you won’t be uncomfortable for your special event.
It really depends. Hair grows at different cycles depending on the person and sometimes your cultural background. Shaved hair does not grow back in one cycle. I am seeing more and more that after a first wax, shaved hair will still appear days after the wax. This is typically because the client didn’t wait long enough for ALL of the hair to grow out. You will, however, notice that after a few Brazilian Waxes your hair will start to grow in much slower and finer. Shaved hair is much thicker because it gets cut off at its thickest point. Don’t, therefore, have high expectations of extremely smooth skin after your first wax. This comes with time and the patience of growing all of your hair out at the same time, but, believe me, it pays off.
I understand that there can be frustration during those 4 to 6 weeks of “growing in” time. Here is my advice if you are perhaps going to the beach, or have a rendezvous and don’t want to scare young children or your partner! Just shave the sides of your bikini line, or if you have time, come in and we can just wax the sides. I’m more concerned with that top part of the bikini line where the hair grows in slower and thicker; it’s a really good idea to give that area enough time to grow in 100%, especially when you are a newbee to waxing and have been shaving.
Yes, but please clear this with your doctor. Just like waxing when you are menstruating, being pregnant will leave you more sensitive during and after your wax.
I personally think it is best to wait until the second trimester to wax. Unfortunately, we will not be able to perform a Full Monty Wax/Brazilian on you if you are 5 months pregnant or more and have not ever received a Brazilian Wax, or have not been waxed for over a year. It is much too much for skin that is already sensitive and engorged.
Yes we do. Men’s services are listed on the Culver City, Brentwood, and Seattle menu pages.
We use a soft, warm wax. Other establishments sometimes use hard wax or a technique called sugaring. It is simply a matter of preference. We like the reassurance that the whole hair is coming up, including the bulb, and the soft wax allows us to see this. We have tested all different kinds of wax and we stick to the one that works best for our clients. The wax we use is a very high quality wax, manufactured in Italy, that has been developed and tested by Queen Bee over the years. It doesn’t stick to the skin (only the hair!) and provides a smooth powdery finish because there is a buffer in it. Our wax products and procedures are entirely sanitary. We use individual disposable pots for your bikini wax.
We cannot wax you if you fall under any of the following categories:
- You are using any Retinol products i.e. Retin A, Renova etc. on your bikini line or brow area.
- You are using Accutane.
- You have any kind of sunburn, laser burn, pustules, or breakouts on the area to be waxed.
- You are diabetic: however, we can wax you if you supply a doctor’s note saying it’s okay for you to wax.
- If your bottom or other private parts are not clean (tmi?) they are not sanitary and based on the situation it is at our discretion whether to continue the service or send you to the loo with a wet wipe.
We ask that you discreetly disclose any and all medical conditions you have before we wax you, especially any STDs. Also, please, please freshen up before your appointment. Although we always prep the skin with an antiseptic before we wax, we cannot apply wax to skin with any debris on it. We like to run a clean ship!! In Culver City and Brentwood, we follow the rules of the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. In Seattle, we follow the Washington Administrative Code (308-20) under the jurisdiction of the Washington State Department of Licensing. Our procedures are the same in California and Washington.
That prolonged use of panty liners can lead to serious irritation of your delicate bits? There is some evidence out there to suggest that because a lot of feminine products have been bleached, when the pad comes into contact with moisture it can cause a chemical reaction, which in turn breaks down your epidermis? You can do your own research on this and come to your own conclusions, but the girls and I at Queen Bee have noticed some very sore undercarriages. After tons of research online and questioning of some M.D. clients, we have been led to believe that panty liners could be the culprits. We will not wax you if you have irritated skin. If you do need to wear panty liners, choose a natural, unbleached brand. And if you can’t, at least apply a thin layer of barrier cream to your labia area to protect your bits!
It’s best not to. Your skin will be too sensitive. Remember, waxing is an exfoliation.
However, airbrush tanning after a wax is fine.
Hygiene. We have the AC on during the day and the last thing we want is pubic hair all over the floor. We understand other establishments provide this service. We just don’t want clients to leave with other peoples’ hair on their feet/socks.
The answer to this is “no” and we have our reasons. Another person in the room can distract the esthetician and we feel a friend/partner can make an already nervous first timer more nervous.
Even though we love your children, we ask that you leave them elsewhere and not bring them with you to Queen Bee.
There are always going to be good reasons why you can’t make your appointment. A phone call is all we need from you. We had a trend of people just simply not showing for their appointments, which is rude. It is also inconvenient to the esthetician, as she could have put somebody else in that spot. We always have a wait list of people wanting to get in, so really, if you can’t make your appointment, just give us a holler as early as you can so that we can accommodate somebody else. When you run more than 15 minutes late for your appointment please be prepared to wait when you come in. We are only late for you when our client(s) ahead of you are late.
No question is a silly question. Please send any our way that are not covered on this page.

28.00- Please shower before your appointment. We won’t spell it out… you catch our drift. (in a pinch, wet wipes are a lifesaver!)
- Hair must be a quarter of an inch (about 10-14 days of growth) to adhere correctly to the wax.
- Resist the urge to shave between sessions. Shaving chafes the skin and creates sharper, coarser hair!
- Gently exfoliate the night before or take a warm bath to prep the skin before your wax. Having a warm bath or shower before your wax can soften your skin allowing for easier hair removal. We also recommend exfoliation the night before as this removes dead skin build up around and in the follicle again aiding in easier and more thorough removal. We suggest gently dry brushing OR using a gentle exfoliating scrub or acne cleanser.
- Chill. Come to your appointment as relaxed as you can. Like a lot of things in life, the anticipation is often worse than the actual event. Don’t listen to friends who tell you their waxing horror stories. They don’t come to us! Youtube videos and movie scenes with screaming ninnies will only get your knickers in a deeper twist. This is your experience and we want it to be a good one!!
- Take a deep breath. We often ask clients to take a few deep breaths and to try to relax their muscles once they get on the waxing table. Don’t worry—it really doesn’t hurt that much. And trust me, we want you to come back, so we won’t do anything to traumatize you!
- Know that it gets better. We get that first timers don’t know what to expect. My advice is to acknowledge that the first one will be the most uncomfortable, especially if you’ve been shaving prior to it. However, it doesn’t have to be the worst thing you’ve ever done. Most of the time, people leave our room pleasantly relieved that the wax wasn’t nearly as bad as they expected. Every wax after the first one gets easier, especially when your hair starts growing in finer and we weaken that horrid follicle!
- Medicate if you must. if you’re concerned about the potential for pain, take a couple of advil 20 minutes before your appointment. Some clients feel this takes the edge off.
- Remember, it will be over before you know it. Being fuzz-free is so worth a couple minutes of discomfort!
Bikini Line Care
Education is key, so after a Brazilian Bikini Wax it’s pretty important to start looking after your bikini line area. Here are some basics, and just so you know, I’m not a doctor; I’m just speaking from experience and trial and error:
It makes sense that when you pull a hair out of its follicle, there’s going to be a miniscule hole where the hair used to belong. My personal belief is that when you apply product to that area, the follicle gets jammed up resulting in unwanted ingrown hair and blocked follicles. A blocked follicle looks like a black head. If you experience this, invest in a good dry skin loofah or loofah mitts. Begin by exfoliating EVER SO LIGHTLY in a gentle, circular motion. I would also recommend exfoliating the night before a wax; it gets rid of any dead skin cells etc. Don’t exfoliate immediately after a wax, wait at least 24 hours. I would like to add that we will apply after wax lotions to your skin immediately after your service, so you really won’t need to rush off to apply anything. You will see a list of recommended products at the end of this page.
Yuck! We hate them, we pick them and stick things in them, and still they remain, and sometimes they have the nerve to multiply! Why? I don’t know, but I am going to attempt to explain how to prevent them and how to treat them if you get them. I’ve noticed that there are certain people who are more prone to ingrown hairs – like, for example, ME! I have thick and curly hair. When my hair grows back, it doesn’t grow back to the surface straight, it grows back in a hook/curl. So when it gets to the surface, it sometimes doesn’t break through. You can see these hairs through your skin, they are just beneath the surface and OH SO tempting to pick. I’ve had success with exfoliation (not with a product, but with mitts) and the facial wash that I have recommended above. Don’t use salt scrubs etc., as I find these to be too abrasive and perfumed. These things just irritate the situation and once again, plug up your follicles. So, if you have thick, curly or coarse hair; sorry, you are just more susceptible. You might also be more prone to ingrown hairs and sensitive skin if you do the following:
- Cross your legs for long periods of time.
- Work out excessively and don’t wash your skin immediately after using an antibacterial or gentle exfoliating wash.
- Insist on wearing fashionable tight jeans, knickers or clothing for prolonged periods of time that can irritate your skin.
Treat your bikini line skin like the skin on your face. It’s a delicate area and should not be ignored. If you are a naughty pimple picker then there is not much help I can send your way. Yes, I know it is satisfying and addictive. I sometimes indulge myself, however, the horrid results of you trying to dig out that pesky ingrown are plentiful. You can end up permanently scarring your skin. We call them “ice pick” scars in the trade.
And let’s not forget about bacteria that can be found inside your fingernails and other weapons of choice! When you push down on an ingrown or red bump, you may see something come out of the top of it. Thinking you have solved it, you wake up the next day only to see another two have popped up. (This will happen on your face too). The problem is that the pushing, forces sebum (oil) and other debris to push out of the follicle through the bottom, rupturing it and causing an infection, which kindly spreads to other follicles. DON’T PICK!!!!
Very simple. Light exfoliation with your dry skin loofah or loofah mitts on a daily or nightly basis with a squirt of a exfoliating cleanser and you should be on your way to a glowing, soft as a baby’s bum bikini line.
Treat the area with a 1% Hydrocortisone cream followed by a topical antibiotic cream such as Bacitracin or Polysporin. I am not a huge fan of Neosporin as some people are unaware that they are allergic to Neomycin.
If you are concerned, call your esthetician and get some advice. She will want to help you!
Pick your product for exfoliation and prevention. Some people prefer to use a SALICYLIC ACID, BENZYL PEROXIDE, or a GLYCOLIC ACID for maintenance and troubleshooting. For instance, I use a glycolic body wash, and then treat my underarms and bikini area with a 2% salicylic acid.
We have some fabulous zit zapping and ingrown hair busting products at Queen Bee. You can purchase our award winning, salicylic-based “BUZZ OFF BUMPS!” in two strengths from our salon or purchase it online. We also sell other great ingrown hair products so give our friendly Queen Bee front desk staff a call and they will be happy to assist in any way!
We can break this down for you in bullet points:
- Your hair was not long enough
- You are a fan of skin tight jeans or yoga pants and you wear them all day, every day. Not making sense? Well, those tight pants rub on your hair, eventually breaking it. Hair at the top of your legs tends to be more “fine” than the hair on your lower legs. Hair on your bum tends to be softer than the hair on your bikini, thus making it easier to break from the friction of your pants rubbing on them.
- You have been shaving and your hair growth is off cycle. What do you do about that? Easy, for legs/underarms/bikinis, after your wax session and then 2 days after you can start to shave those areas (downward) until you start to see the waxed hair coming up. Once you see those waxed hairs peaking up, stop shaving and allow all of the hair to grow out at the same cycle. Hair can be fickle, so don’t expect every follicle to behave!
- You are not exfoliating enough. Use your dry brush everyday and use a newly formulated Buzz off Bumps pad to help remove the dry skin that is trapping your hairs.
I have really blonde, sparse brows. What can I do to make my brows look or become thicker?
I really don’t like wearing mascara, but my lashes are light and fine. What can I do to make my eyes more prominent without having to wear makeup?
Can I bring a photo I tore from a magazine of a brow shape I really want?
I’m that girl from the 80s who overplucked. Although the 80s are back, my brows aren’t. Help!
I had a reaction from a wax. What can I put on my skin to assist in healing?
Eyebrow arching is an art. You either have the eye for it or you don’t. I’m not a big believer that one can be trained to do it; therefore you won’t see stencils or cookie cutters in our Brow Artist Bees’ department. Our Brow Bees will listen carefully to your desires and happily look at photos you’ve pulled from magazines, but it’s important to remember that brows are sisters, not twins. Naturally, we will strive to deliver the exact set of arches you ask for, but every arch is unique and defined by bone structure, so you may not get a perfect match to your favorite celeb’s arches of glory. That said, you will get the ideal arches for your face.
We love a challenge! Blonde brows often appear sparser than they really are, and there are several tricks for making them look fuller. We can:
- Teach you how to color them in using a brow powder and brush.
- Talk about using a brow strengthener such as Latisse.
I really don’t like wearing mascara, but my lashes are light and fine. What can I do to make my eyes more prominent without having to wear makeup?
We always have prescription strength lash extender Latisse on hand at both locations. Latisse is proven to promote and increase hair growth on lashes and brows. Not only does it make your lashes longer, but it also thickens them.
Absolutely. We will do our very best to give you your favorite screen diva’s arches, but remember this when looking at those brows: brows are sisters, not twins. You are seeing images of people whose brows are either colored in or photo-shopped to look perfect. Your bone structure is probably not the same as that particular person, so coming out of it, they may not look 100% the same. We can show you how to “dress” your brows with brow color to assist in making them look red carpet ready!
This is a tough one, and we see it often. Whether it was due to an over-zealous waxer who gave you skinny-minnies or you just had a moment with your mum’s tweezers, sometimes brows don’t grow back. The good news is, we can definitely show you a couple of tricks. See question 1 for help.
Unfortunately, reactions to waxing can occur on sensitive areas of the face such as the sideburns, chin, lip and brow areas. You must tell your Brow Bee if you are using any kind of retinol, peeling creams or have been taking antibiotics, as these may have an adverse effect on your wax. We will always massage nourishing healing creams into your skin after a wax, but sometimes irritation can appear when you get home or even the next day. If you bump up after a wax, call us! We will probably instruct you to apply a little cortisone or calendula cream on the area. In some cases, we’ll have you come into the shop so we can treat the area. Again, I cannot emphasize how important it is to call us about this.
It’s my very first facial. Which service should I choose?
I have oily skin and suffer from breakouts. Will a facial help this?
My teenager has gotten spotty and picks at her/his skin. She won’t listen to me! What do I do?
I’ve hit midlife and my skin is getting dryer, more sensitive… and what’s up with these wrinkles? Help!
I have ethnic skin and I scar and hyperpigment very easily. I’m worried about getting a facial as the last round of extractions I had were very aggressive and left me with keloids and darker patches of skin. Does this mean I can’t get facials?
My partner doesn’t take care of his skin. What do you recommend?
I would love a peel or something more aggressive to get rid of what I consider dull looking skin. I need you to bring back my glow! What do you recommend?
Can I get a facial if I’m pregnant?
We recommend our BeeSpoke Custom Facial. During this personalized facial, we will ascertain what your needs are and create a customized treatment. Please note: If you have a big event coming up and have never had a facial before, we don’t recommend getting one a day or two before the event. It would be rotten luck if you had a reaction to a product, so get your first facial two to three months before a special occasion, and if you’re considering a peel, come in for a patch test first.
In a word, yes. For oily, breakout-prone skin, we use products that clean and slough off excess oil and dead skin cells. After cleansing and a light scrub, gentle extractions are performed. Following extractions, your aesthetician will choose an appropriate mask for your skin, then tone and moisturize with an oil-free moisturizer. We may also discuss your lifestyle and recommend certain changes to help combat excess oil and acne.
Recommended Facials: BeeSpoke (acne), Sensa Peel, Pumpkin Peel, Teen
Hormonal changes combined with a poor diet, stress, lack of sleep and other environmental factors can wreak havoc on the skin. Lifestyle changes can go a long way to improve the skin, especially alongside regular facials. Before you consider antibiotics or prescription acne drugs, come in and let us look at your teen’s skin.
Recommended Facials: Teen Facial, Pumpkin Peel
I’ve hit midlife and my skin is getting dryer, more sensitive… and what’s up with these wrinkles? Help!
Skin ages prematurely due to many factors. Overexposure to the sun, alcohol, tobacco, and stress can all take a toll on your skin’s elasticity and vibrancy. We cannot promise you miracles after your first facial, but we can guarantee results with consistent care and adherence to our recommended routine. To combat the various signs of aging, we recommend a more complex and focused facial.
Recommended Facials: Epic Enzyme Facial, Sensa Peel, 40 is the new 30, Epic Enzyme Peel, Lactic Acid Peel
I have ethnic skin and I scar and hyperpigment very easily. I’m worried about getting a facial as the last round of extractions I had were very aggressive and left me with keloids and darker patches of skin. Does this mean I can’t get facials?
You can absolutely still get facials. Experienced estheticians know that darker skin types are more prone to scarring and hyper-pigmentation, and at Queen Bee we know our limitations. You can receive gentle extractions, however we will never force a blackhead out of your skin, and we will always use professional products to prepare and soften the skin before extractions. Count your blessings – darker skin is less likely to age prematurely. Bonus!
Recommended Facials: BeeSpoke, Pumpkin Peel
Most men don’t think about having facials and many are happy to use a bar of whatever they pick up at the store to cleanse their skin from head to toe. At Queen Bee, we also see a lot of male clients who have made their faces very sensitive and raw by using the wrong razor, creams and shaving techniques. A great routine for men is to cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize at night. In the morning when shaving, use a gentle cleanser, a cream-based shaving cream, a toner and a gentle moisturizer to help prevent irritation.
Recommended Facials: Gentleman’s Facial, BeeSpoke Facial
I would love a peel or something more aggressive to get rid of what I consider dull looking skin. I need you to bring back my glow! What do you recommend?
We have several options to choose from at Queen Bee. However, we do not offer medical grade peels at this time. After analyzing your skin, we will select a peel that will work best for you. This could be a series of Sensa or Bi Peels or our famous Epic Enzyme Peel at five or ten percent. We also stock Epicuren’s consumer strength peels in our shops, so you can continue the treatment at home.
Recommended Facials: 40 is the new 30, Epic Enzyme, Sensa/Bi Peel
Absolutely. We provide a safe environment for our pregnant and nursing mothers. Beds are bolstered, and you’ll be propped in a very comfortable position for the duration of your facial. Chemical-free products are used at all times to ensure the safety of all of our clients.
Recommended Facial: Pregnancy Facial
We will NEVER up-sell you during your facial or force products on you afterward. If, during a facial, you would like to add-on or upgrade your service, please talk to your esthetician directly. Add-ons and upgrades include extra massage, concentrated serums, and hand treatments. If your questions have not been answered on this page, please direct them to one of our skincare professionals at facialist@queenbeesalonspa.com and we will be more than happy to answer anything thrown our way!

Because tanning beds and too much exposure to the sun causes skin cancer! The evidence is out there. This is a safer and better alternative.
Because we won’t make you look like a Florida orange. Our fantastic formula also won’t make you smell like you’ve just hiked Mount Everest!
About 7 to 10 days. You can keep your tan longer by AVOIDING long hot showers, Mineral Oil based lotions, excessive exfoliation, swimming in Chlorine bleach pools and, the beach (salt water acts as an exfoliant). Also people who work out a lot and shower more often will not keep their tans as LONG as most.
Get a DHA based lotion/extender lotion. Any lotion with DHA in it, when used about every other day, will help keep your tan longer. You should always wash your hands after applying the lotion. DHA will color the hands. Exfoliate gently and evenly (evenly is key) you never want to AVOID exfoliation but yes do it lightly. Avoiding it will cause patchiness.
When DHA (dihydroxyacetone ), a colorless 3-carbon sugar, is applied to the skin a chemical reaction with amino acids in the surface cells of the skin occurs. A browning or tanning effect is produced. My favorite analogy is when you bite an apple or a banana and let it sit on the counter. It browns due to oxidation this is also the same stuff in your spray tan BUT because of the way it is formulated it is a CHEMICAL therefore not able to be ORGANIC. A product has to be MORE than 70% organic to be known as organic. We use ORGANIC BASED Aloe Vera DHA that does not damage skin — it only affects the outermost cells of the epidermis – otherwise known as a NON-TRANSDERMAL application, which means it does not seep past the dermis of the skin. DHA carries fewer health risks than any other method for achieving a tanned appearance without sun exposure. DHA has been approved for sunless tanning by the FDA BUT is NOT approved in the mucous areas like EYES, LIPS, AND NOSE. Most people do not want to wear goggles or nose plugs, so it’s not uncommon for you to rarely use these items. You will need to leave the tan on your skin for a minimum of 8 hours, but 24 is desired. Again this applies to the apple and banana analogy, the longer it is out, the browner it gets. But everybody’s AMINO acids are different, so not everyone achieves the same color.
NO NO AND NO. You will still need to use SPF when out in the sun. A lot of people think you are brown so you are protected but that is NOT the case.
No, it has a very pleasant Cherry Almond scent that slowly goes away in about 1 to 2 hours.
No, but bronzer will transfer onto your sheets and clothing generally the first day so wear something dark and always loose fitting. If you are concerned about your bed either change your sheets or put down a towel.
Call us and let us know about the stain and we will help you out. A simple Lemon and sugar scrub will work. Just buy a lemon and mix it with some sugar and the lemon will lighten and the sugar will exfoliate.
You can cover your self in baby oil, leave on for 15min, and shower in a hot shower and exfoliate it off. This may not remove it ALL but it will remove most.
Yes, shower and exfoliate the day of and either go without lotion or use a water-based moisturizer. Good example Aveeno. Also stay away from Dove soap as it contains Lanolin which can block your tan from developing to its fullest.
