Lash Lifts
Back in the late 90s and early 2000s, this service was referred to as “lash perming.” It wasn’t a service that had a high demand because of some of the more harsh ingredients and risks involved. However, with more advanced, safer ingredients and improved techniques this service is high in demand today. We now refer to this service as a “lash lift.” This treatment is designed to enhance and curl your natural lashes.
If you usually get extensions, this service involves less maintenance and doesn’t have the added weight and volume of extensions. A lash lift curls and lifts your natural lashes, and with the option of adding tint gives an appearance of a fuller, more lush lash. If you have sparse lashes, getting a lash lift and tint will enhance the appearance.
About an hour, sometimes less. You will be lying down and your eyes will be closed the whole time. It is a very restful experience.
Take out your contact lenses. Make sure your lash technician knows if you have any allergies. Remove all makeup and mascara. Do not use an oil based makeup remover before the service.
It depends on how well you take care of your lashes. Some people report 8 weeks and some 12 weeks.
